Summary

The Quality and Release Optimization in Global Online Digital is searching for a Release Management/Coordinator. The team is handling deploy and large releases to QA and Production for initiatives launching new capabilities of offering within Volvo Cars Online Business. They also handles troubleshooting, running test automation. We need someone who can coordinate all activities and secure that thing will be done in time. All defects are reported into Azure DevOps and assigned to respective product team.

Who You Are

• Good knowledge in Release Management area

• Good knowledge in coordination in a scaled agile setup

• Good knowledge in the test area

• Good knowledge of large deploys and integrated flows in a complex digital landscape

• Good knowledge in CI/CD

• Good knowledge in Feature Flags

• Experience from working in Azure DevOps

• High ability of being able to multitask

• Self-going and the ability to manage and coordinate cross product team deliverables

What You Will Do

• Synchronization/Coordination of teams in a large & complex setup with the mindset of only collaborators win

• Analyze and understand the requirements and problem

• Report to program-, product team and line organization both verbally and in writing

• Communicate issues and problems to the organization

• Together with product teams QA engineers ensure that Definition of ready and Definition of Done is fulfilled for a release

• Participate and run Go/No Go for some test level

• Coordination of joint sessions as well as for quick turnaround on bugfixing in an agile setup
